Choose your own jeans

Nowadays, jeans are very popular. Right from kids, women, men, to of course teenagers, jeans seem to be a hot favorite with everyone. Almost each one of us has a pair of jeans in our wardrobe, if not more.

In my own wardrobe, there are a plenty of jeans, such as Levi’s jeans, ed hardy jeans, Lee jeans. For me, the appeal of the garment lies in its comfort and durability and also the fact that it has earned a reputation of a fashionable piece of clothing.

In old days, these denim pants were used to design as ‘work’ clothes and jeans were blue in color and made from a thick denim fabric. While now, they are worn formally as well as casually and the garment comes in a wide range of colors and various degrees of denims.

Today, one can choose from a large array in order to pick out a style that fits well. However, it is not a easy thing. A few guidelines for picking out the right style of the jeans are listed below. Hope that can help you choose your own style jeans.

Boot legs – These jeans are also known as flares and are ideal for those who have heavier thighs. The legs of the garment flare up towards the bottom creating a visual of longer legs and thus complimenting those who have heavy thighs and bottoms. It is important to ensure that crotch area of these jeans is not too tight and the garment can be worn with a shorter top too.

Slim fit – Here the jeans fits on like they have been painted on you. These tight fitting jeans are known to work very well for those who have shorter legs. These jeans work well in the formal scenario too, since they are known to enhance the figure of the wearer in more ways than one.

Low Rise – These are jeans that sit just below the hip bone and are also known as low cuts in certain places. These jeans have become quite a rage with the younger generation. Since these denim pants sit rather low, it is important to try on a size that does not fit too tightly. This can force the skin on the tummy and waist area to fold into a tire and look unpleasant. This who is skinny can afford these fits but those with heavier bottoms and heavy waists should avoid them.

It is important that you always try out your jeans before you buy them, since each denim pant has its own fitting. A pair that looks great on someone else may not look the same on you and therefore much like shoes, jeans too must always be tried on before purchasing them.
