You should remove you makeup every night, before sleep. Use a gentle and moisturizing soap to wash your skin. Sunscreen is necessary not only when weather is sunny but also cloudy. Specialists suggest that people should use sunscreen all the year round. Sunscreen can keep your skin protected from the harmful rays of the sun. Please avoid sunscreen made from alcohol and try to use natural products.
Apart from those above, you should do lots of exercise. Doing exercise can help maintain the elasticity of your skin.
If you can do that, or some of that, you can also have a healthy skin. Remember not just look at the outside but maintain the inside. Both of them are important.
